11th Annual Estate Planning Conference

Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th March 2017
The Langham, Melbourne

Estate planners have the unenviable task of weighing up the client’s need for certainty and control with the need for flexibility to accommodate the vicissitudes of life. It can be a difficult balancing act. This year’s annual estate planning conference will address this challenge, along with other key issues estate planners face, including cross border estate planning, aged care planning and minimising family friction over the estate. It will also review key issues with superannuation following the 2016 Federal Budget.

For the first time, the conference will include a one-hour “Ask the Experts” panel discussion.  Three of the best known names in estate planning will be asked to comment on five important issues selected from questions submitted by delegates to the conference.
