Our presenter

Dianne Sisak Penjalov, Senior Associate, Harwood Andrews Lawyers, Geelong, Vic.

Dianne is an experienced advisor to private and public clients in the areas of taxation, not-for-profit and charity law.   Dianne has a proven track record of providing practical and targeted advice with empathy for a client’s commercial objectives and corporate social responsibility objectives.  Prior to joining Harwood Andrews, Dianne advised on complex tax issues in previous roles as a Senior Associate at a national law firm and as a taxation officer at the Australian Taxation Office. 

Dianne’s key areas of practice are: Federal taxation laws; State taxation laws; Charity law and Not-for-profit law.

Dianne has extensive experience in dealing with the Federal and State revenue offices, the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission as well as other government departments and agencies in relation to assisting clients with legal and regulatory compliance and managing disputes in her areas of expertise. Dianne has presented seminars, published articles in professional journals and drafted submissions to Treasury on taxation reforms related to the not-for-profit sector.
