  • The impact of a finding that a term is unfair – enforceability and rights
  • Why it is important to review standard form contracts to ensure compliance
  • The impact on unilateral rights in a contract

    • use of standard form contracts including automatic renewal clauses
    • avoiding unenforceable terms
    • risk management checklist when entering new contracts

Our presenter

Michael heads the Bartier Perry Corporate & Commercial Group and advises on a range of commercial transactions. He has a special interest in licensing and distribution, as well as a deep understanding of intellectual property law. This includes providing advice on managing intangible assets and commercialising technology.
