Adam has more than 17 years’ broad-ranging experience in advising clients on stamp duty and GST issues. He gained this experience working at two top tier law firms as well as two Big 4 accounting firms. His practice principally involves providing advice to corporate, property developer, banking, funds management, energy and resources and banking clients on the indirect tax implications of a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and takeovers, business floats, corporate restructures, financing transactions and transactions relating to real estate and infrastructure projects, joint ventures, funds management, partnerships and aged care operations.
