Minal Vohra SC, Barrister, Victorian Bar, Melbourne

Minal practices exclusively in family law and related jurisdictions.

Minal graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons). She came to the Bar in November 1997. Minal has also obtained a Masters of Law from Monash University.

Minal is the Victorian Bar Representative of the Family Law Section Executive of the Law Council of Australia. She has presented papers on a wide variety of topics around Australia and overseas including: Trusts; Bankruptcy and Family Law; Relocation; Add-backs; Property Division; the role of the Independent Children's Lawyer and Ethics. She also presents for Television Education Network. 

Minal was the Chair of the Papers Committee for the 2016 National Family Law Conference in Melbourne and a Member of the Organising Committee for the Conference. She took Silk in November 2017.


This webinar is suitable for lawyers practising in family law – Australia wide. This webinar is for practitioners with some knowledge in this area and looking to improve their knowledge.


Live webinar delegates will receive a CPD certificate for attendance at this webinar.  Lawyers can claim up to 1 CPD [CLE] units/points – substantive law.  This webinar has been designed to run for 1 hour, however, webinar lengths can vary depending on the level of questions and discussion.
