Paul Fildes is Partner at Taussig Cherrie Fildes Lawyers.

He has more than 20 years experience advising clients in all aspects of Family Law including: property settlements and large scale property disputes; tax effective property and maintenance settlements; all aspects of defacto relationships; restructuring and estate planning; parenting and children’s issues; establishment and administration of Child Maintenance Trusts; pre-marriage and cohabitation agreements; maintenance obligations and variations; divorce; and international child abduction.
