With over 30 years providing legal practice to the property and projects sector, Ralph’s expertise is far-reaching. With clients from a range of industries, such as property developers, real estate agents, fund managers and accountants, Ralph has a broad base of firsthand knowledge of the risk and challenges faced in different businesses. Ralph was a member of the committee which reviewed the Body Corporate and Community Management legislation. Later he was appointed to the committee of Queensland Government Department of Fair Trading, which reviewed the property Agents, and Motor Dealers Act 2001 (Property Developer’s Code). Being involved in these projects has given Ralph an inside view of legislation review and policy development, making him a valuable asset to any client when it comes to property related legal issues.
