Free Stuff - Terms and Conditions of Access

I, the User, agree that Television Education Network Pty Ltd (TEN) is giving me access to the technical material in "Free Stuff" on the following terms and conditions:

1. The User acknowledges that the copyright in any technical paper in Free Stuff is owned by the author of the paper, and that TEN has a non-excusive licence (inter alia) to make the paper available to its clients on its website.
2. TEN owns the copyright in any audio and video recordings in Free Stuff.
3. TEN grants the User a non-exclusive licence to view or listen to any audio and video recordings in Free Stuff and to read and print any paper comprised in Free Stuff for the sole purpose of assessing the suitability of the material for use as professional development.
4. The User agrees that Free Stuff is part of a selective update providing a review of recent developments in various areas of law, taxation and accounting and is not intended to be a substitute for legal, accounting or other professional advice.
5. The User acknowledges that Free Stuff may contain inaccuracies and the User agrees not to rely on any information in Free Stuff for any purpose whatsoever.
6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the User agrees that TEN and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User or any other person whether direct or consequential as a result of reliance upon or in any way in connection with the material comprised in Free Stuff, and agrees to indemnify TEN against any claim made by any person in any way connected with the provision of the material in Free Stuff by the User to any other person.
