Schools Law and Regulation: Second Annual Gold Coast Conference

Conference,Law - General,Schools Law and Regulation: Second Annual Gold Coast Conference
Thursday 25 and Friday 26 October 2018

Palazzo Versace, Gold Coast
-1097 DAYS
.   .

Our annual schools law conference (held in May in Melbourne every year) draws principals and school business managers from across the country. It is one of our most popular conferences and that is why we are repeating this event on the Gold Coast in October 2018 for all those who couldn’t get to Melbourne.

The legal and regulatory challenges facing private school administrators and their advisors have never been greater. The Royal Commission into institutionalised child sexual abuse has released its final report, and managing child safety obligations continues to be front and centre for many school administrators. This conference examines the key lessons and practical strategies to take from the Royal Commission’s findings, along with sessions on financial governance, workplace investigations and cyberbullying.
