Sharpen your interdisciplinary collaborative practice skills at this one-day course for legal practitioners and other professionals who have previously undertaken some form of Collaborative Practice training.
This one-day practical course will keep you up to date with the ICP process. Case studies and insight exchanges will advance your techniques so you can apply them in practice to facilitate successful dispute resolution.

- Overview of the collaborative process and research
- How to conduct 5-way and 3-way meetings
- Assessing a dispute for ICP suitability
- Dealing with impasses
- Understanding and managing team dynamics and relationships
- Ethical challenges and confidentiality

- David Roberts, Mediator, FDRP, Counsellor and Collaborative Practitioner Coach
- Jackie Jones, Collaborative Family Law Practitioner and Accredited Family Law Specialist

This is a NSW based course designed for legal practitioners and other professionals who have previously undertaken some form of collaborative practice training. Suitable for experienced family lawyers, wills and estates lawyers, commercial and civil dispute lawyers, FDRPs, NMAS mediators, accountants, financial advisors, psychologists, counsellors and social workers.
