About the Conference

Succession lawyers have the challenging task of balancing client needs with difficult family dynamics, complicated asset structures and tax considerations. Television Education Network’s 13th annual wills and estates conference will address these challenges, along with other key issues which have dominated the succession law landscape in the last twelve months, including keeping superannuation trustees on the straight and narrow, family provision cases and non-biological children, as well as showing executors the door.

This year’s conference has 2 registration options – you can attend the conference at the Gold Coast in person, or attend it live online.

Book with peace of mind

This conference is scheduled to be run face to face and online. If we are unable to run the conference face to face due to COVID related restrictions we will either convert the conference to an online only event or postpone it to a later date. Should you not wish to attend the online event or postponed event you will be entitled to a 100% refund of any registration fee paid or a credit for future use.
