2020 is shaping up to be an incredibly challenging year for wills and estate practitioners and their clients. COVID-19 has altered the way succession documents are prepared and executed, while the economic downturn has impacted the value of clients’ estates. This year’s conference seeks to unravel the complexities, from preparing wills and enduring powers of attorneys in a pandemic, to dealing with bankrupt and insolvent estates, as well as managing tax issues in estate administration.

All delegates registering for the online conference will receive recordings of all of the sessions post-conference to view at your leisure.

This is our regular annual two day conference delivered online in four parts over four half days.
