The last 12 months have presented significant challenges for the not for profit and charities sector. Purse strings have been tightened, staff and volunteers are increasingly working from home, and enforcement activity by the regulator is on the rise. The Ninth Annual Not for Profits and Charities Legal and Regulatory Conference examines these key issues, along with sessions on brand protection, best practice dispute management, and termination of employees. This year’s conference also provides an opportunity to hear directly from the ACNC on the key target areas of compliance.

This is our annual 2 day conference which will be run online this year split over 2 weeks in half day parts.  All delegates registering for the online conference will receive recordings of all of the sessions post-conference to view at your leisure.

The conference will be based on our highly successful video webinar technology: there'll be a chairperson, presentations and you'll have an opportunity to ask questions via online chat.
