The COVID-19 pandemic, and the succession of shutdowns and restrictions,  have had a major impact on commercial and residential landlords and tenants in Victoria, with the Victorian Government intervening to provide support and relief to both landlords and tenants.  In this program, barrister William Stark, from the Victorian Bar, provides a guide to the various measures taken by the government, and the effect on the obligations of landlords and tenants under both commercial and residential leases.
