Conference,Property Law,17th Annual NSW Property Law Conference Online
Delivered in 4 parts over 4 half days

23 & 24 February and 2 & 3 March 2023

.   .

It’s been a busy time for NSW property lawyers, with a number of key reforms being introduced in recent times. The 17th annual NSW property law conference examines these major developments, including the new Contract for the Sale of Land and Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulations, the lessons from the latest and greatest leasing cases, as well as holding builders to account in an economic downturn. The conference also includes a presentation on each of the compulsory subjects so NSW property lawyers can earn their 10 CPD units.

This year, our regular annual two day conference will be delivered online in four parts over four half-days. All delegates registering for the online conference will receive recordings of all of the sessions post-conference to view at your leisure.
