Rohan Doyle is a partner in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team. He is based in Melbourne but has a national practice with clients spanning all States and Territories.

Whilst Rohan has a broad employment practice, his passion is enterprise bargaining and employment and industrial relations litigation, and he has deep experience advising some of Australia’s largest organisations on enterprise bargaining strategy, wage underpayments and related litigation.

Rohan is also the author and editor of Herbert Smith Freehills’ text “Bargaining under the Fair Work Act”.
