Sonya Parsons focusses on resolving disputes for charities, not for profits and in the education sector.

She has significant experience in advising charities and religious organisations in claims for historical institutional abuse, and educational institutions in regulatory investigations and actions.

She has acted for non-government schools in NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal proceedings involving alleged regulatory breaches and for charities in administrative and judicial review proceedings.

As a trained mediator, Sonya can see all sides of a dispute and is intent on helping her clients resolve difficult legal issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
