Recorded Online & Audio Podcast Option
The TEN Point Plan – Recorded Online & Audio Podcast Option is ideal for practitioners in regional locations or those in the capital cities who can’t get to conferences.
This option can provide 10 CPD units for all the practitioners in your firm!
The Recorded Online and Audio Podcast Option consists of:
- 3 Compulsory CPD Units – 3 on demand video webinar programs covering the compulsory subjects of ethics, professional skills and practice management (providing 1 hour on each of the compulsories).
- 2 CPD Units – you will have access to the TEN Point Plan Channel where you can choose from a range of on demand video webinars to complete your substantive law requirement. Each webinar will run for one hour. Subjects covered include: family law, succession law, estate planning, commercial law, employment law and national property law.
- 5 CPD Units of audio podcast programs – these can be used for private study at any time prior to 31 March 2025. You will have online access to a broad selection of podcast programs covering all areas of the law so that you can choose the programs that are most relevant to your practice.
Important Note: the CPD rules in some states limit the number of CPD units that can be claimed for private study of audio or video programs. Please check your rules.
Live Online & Audio Podcast Option
The TEN Point Plan – Live Online & Audio Podcast Option is ideal for sole practitioners who can’t participate in group training sessions.
The Live Online and Audio Podcast Option consists of:
- 3 Compulsory CPD Units – attend one of our live compulsory subject webinars in November 2023, or February or March 2025 covering the compulsory subjects - ethics, professional skills and practice management (providing 1 hour on each of the compulsories).
- 2 CPD Units – your choice of 2 live one-hour substantive law webinars from our range of webinars between now and 31 March 2025.
- 5 CPD Units of audio podcast programs – these can be used for private study at any time prior to 31 March 2025. You will have access to a broad selection of podcast programs covering all areas of the law so that you can choose the programs that are most relevant to your practice.
