Katie Clark is a Partner at law firm MinterEllison's Brisbane office.  Today she speaks on ' Offsite and Third-Party Provider Risks in Student Management'.  Katie is well placed to speak on the topic, having over 15 years of experience helping schools, faith based institutions and insurers with all sorts of claims, insurance and risk queries.

Katie is an insurance specialist and co-leads the Schools industry sector at MinterEllison, collaborating with a national team to deliver highly tailored solutions to schools’ clients and their insurers.

She has helped schools respond to numerous claims that are relevant to today's topic, including a school camp flying fox injury, an injury on a remote expedition that required EPIRBs and air-lifting, an open fracture at an off-site tennis tournament and allegations of sexual misconduct both by students and by teachers on school camps
