As the last 12 months have shown, schools are having to deal with an increasing number of thorny legal and regulatory issues. From student discipline and dealing with difficult parents, through to school board disputes and staff misconduct, the challenges for school can be endless. Television Education Network’s 7th Annual Schools Law and Regulatory Conference shines a spotlight on these issues and how schools can rise to these challenges. This year’s conference also includes sessions on effective staff performance management, as well as how to best manage the risks associated with offsite and third party providers.
