Fraser is a Partner in the HopgoodGanim Lawyers Family and Relationship Law practice based in the Brisbane office.

Fraser’s practice encompasses all types of family law matters including complex financial disputes (particularly those that involve significant asset pools, a large number of companies and trusts or complicated valuation issues); financial agreements (both pre and post nuptial and for de facto couples); spousal maintenance disputes; and parenting and child support matters.

While he practices from Brisbane, Fraser has appeared in various other states and regularly advises clients residing outside of Australia. Fraser is also a regular contributor to legal commentary on topical issues in family law.

Fraser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Laws and Commerce from the University of Queensland and Master’s degree in Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law. He began practicing as a solicitor in 2011 and has practiced exclusively in family law since 2014. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Fraser was ranked by Doyle's Guide as Family Law Rising Star – Queensland (2020) and Brisbane (2021).

Fraser sits on the Queensland Rugby League Judiciary and Disciplinary Tribunals as a panel member.
