  • Limitation periods in jurisdictions around Australia which may impact on equitable claims
  • Unconscionability, undue influence and duress, including reflections on the impact of Thorne v Kennedy six years on

Malcolm has been a lawyer for 25 years - most of which specialising in Family Law - and an accredited specialist for 18 years.

He is a consultant with Lander & Rogers, focussing on complex parenting and property matters, and appearing in interim and final hearings as solicitor advocate.

He is a previous 2 time winner of Partner of the Year, and has also been awarded Wellness Advocate of the Year. 

He is a university lecturer, a member of the Law Society of NSW Specialist Accreditation committee, and presents regularly to the profession on a range of family law topic.
