Simon practices in estate litigation, commercial litigation, estate planning, and estate administration. He is an accredited specialist in commercial litigation and holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) in wills and estates and estate planning.

Simon has extensive experience advising clients in relation to disputed estates (including contested probate applications, will construction and rectification applications, claims for family provision, insolvent estates and the payment of superannuation death benefits) and commercial disputes. He also advises clients in relation to estate planning, including business succession planning and the administration of estates.

He provides support to a range of clients from individuals to charities, professional advisors, company directors, and corporations. He is also an integral member of the McR Private team, supporting our family office and private clients.
