In 2021 together with Barry Berger (who is also a Family Law Accredited Specialist and Mediator), Leon established Dignity EDR - Effective Dispute Resolution and Dignity Legal, an initiative which specialises in Mediations, out-of-court settlements and expert guidance in all family and relationship law matters.

Leon is committed to helping people effectively find family law resolutions at all stages of their relationship.

Leon was a former Partner of Berger Kordos Lawyers and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (2002) from Bond University and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (2004) from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. He is an NMAS Accredited Mediator, and is in the process of obtaining his accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

With over 18 years’ experience in relationship and family law including 12 years as an LIV Accredited Specialist,  Leon is known in the profession for his sensible, calm, strategic and pragmatic approach to complex family law matters.
