Robert was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and has practised in the specialised areas of commercial and property law for over 24 years. Robert established HerdLaw in 1996 to meet a growing demand for specialised legal services to stakeholders in the body corporate industry.

Whilst focusing on providing specialised advice to lot owners, bodies corporate and body corporate managers in Queensland, Robert has also assisted the Vanuatu Government on the drafting of amendments to the Strata Title Act and Regulations in Vanuatu.

Robert is a regular presenter at various industry events and seminars and is an active member of the Queensland Law Society and of the Unit Owners Association of Queensland.
