Alex Silcock
Senior Associate, Gravamen Sydney, NSW

Alex holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and was admitted in 2018. Prior to joining Gravamen, Alex was Senior Legal Counsel at a large national building and construction materials company where he advised on a broad range of commercial and corporations law matters. Alex has specific experience in energy law, competition and consumer law and M&A transactions. He also has an ongoing interest in corporate finance and the Personal Properties Securities Act.

Since joining Gravamen, Alex has practised almost exclusively in the area of corporate disputes, with a focus on enforcing minority shareholder rights and corporate oppression.
