At the heart of the establishment of a trust lies the key roles of appointor and trustee. While the lifespan of the trust can be up to 80 years, the lifespan of individuals can be significantly less, with death or incapacity leaving a huge problem in ongoing management. This session will examine the do’s and don’ts when it comes to selecting and changing key players in trusts, including:
