Daniel graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a bachelor of laws in 2014 and was admitted to practice in 2015.
Daniel is a firm believer in achieving practical outcomes to legal problems and his strong commercial background provides him with a solid footing in dealing with a variety of legal issues and achieving these outcomes for his clients.
Areas of Practice:
Litigation: acting for clients in commercial, property and estate litigation disputes, Daniel has experience in all courts in New South Wales in addition to the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia.
Family Law: acting for clients predominantly in complex property matters in addition to parenting and child support disputes and divorce applications.
Commercial and property: including assisting clients with buying and selling of residential and commercial property, commercial and retail leasing, sale and purchase of businesses including share sale agreements, shareholder agreements and unitholder agreements.
Estate planning: including drafting and advising on wills, powers of attorney and guardianship.
