Supply chain issues arising from the pandemic and conflicts around the world continue to take their toll on many industries in Australia - with the construction industry being hit particularly hard. As these issues do not seem to be going away anytime soon, it seems a good time to revisit how such issues could be better addressed (and mitigated against) in new construction projects.
