About the Subscription

Sound Education in Family Law is an audio update service designed to keep lawyers abreast of new developments and changes in family law.

Sound Education in Family Law enables you to stay up to date outside of your busy billable hours – available with either CD format or via podcast – listen to it in the car or on the train or whilst you’re at the gym – it’s the ultimate in flexibility.

An annual subscription gives you:

  • Unlimited access to a vast library of technical papers from all our legal podcast programs
  • 90 minutes of the latest in Family Law every release, 10 times a year (no Dec or Jan)
  • Regular expert commentary from leading Family Law experts
  • Subscriber discount of 10% off any other products you purchase from TEN in addition to this subscription – including conferences and webinars

  • Family Law Report:  Highlights important legislative and practical news.
  • Family Law Casewatch:  A panel of leading barristers analyse and review all of the important decisions.

Choose Subscription Options

The CPD Solution option offers practitioners the choice to complete an extra 5 CPD units each CPD year by:

  • attending a 3 hour Family Law CPD Compulsory webinar (held in February each year) covering each of the compulsory subjects
  • attending 2 one-hour webinars of your choice

CPD Information

An annual subscription to Sound Education in Family Law provides practitioners with 5 CPD units (private study).

With the addition of the CPD Solution option, practitioners in most states an earn all 10 CPD units each CPD year including the 3 compulsory subjects.
