Sixth Annual February Family Law Conference Online

Conference,Family Law,Sixth Annual February Family Law Conference Online
Delivered in 4 parts over 4 half days

11, 12, 18 & 19 February 2021

.   .

This is our regular annual two day February conference usually run in Melbourne, but in 2021 it will be delivered online in four parts over four half days.

The last 12 months have shaped up to be the most challenging year for family lawyers and their clients. Property settlement values are in a state of flux, courts delays have lengthened, and parenting disputes are getting uglier. This year’s program covers a range of important and topical issues for family lawyers, including the impact of COVID-19 on property settlements, breaches of Family Court orders, and navigating spousal maintenance.

The conference also includes a presentation on each of the compulsory subjects so most practitioners can earn their 10 CPD units subject to your professional body rules.

All delegates registering for the online conference will receive recordings of all of the sessions post-conference to view at your leisure.
