Increase in contribution caps will have many impacts, including on pension accounts. This session looks at the new rules and their practical effects. It includes:

  • Increase in the general transfer balance cap and non-concessional contribution cap
  • Concessional contribution cap increase $25,000 to $27,500 from 1st July 2021
  • Indexation of concessional contribution cap - $100,000 to $110,000
  • Understanding the bring forward thresholds and amounts for 2020 - 2021
  • Impact of changes on pension accounts

Peter is a recognised expert in self-managed superannuation funds, having provided advice and support in this sector for well over 20 years. He has significant experience in providing advice to high net worth individuals and family groups, especially dealing with multiple generations.
