Jodie brings over 18 years’ experience in advising clients and professional advisers on various commercial transactions and taxation matters. Jodie is an Accredited Specialist in Tax Law with the Queensland Law Society and a Chartered Tax Adviser.

Jodie built her career in a boutique firm assisting clients and their advisers with commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, formation and change of partnerships, shareholder arrangements before specialising in structuring and taxation advice.

More recently, Jodie worked in the tax team in a leading independent Australian law firm based in Brisbane, providing advice in relation to business restructures, duty, capital gains tax (including small business concessions and other rollovers), GST and income tax issues such as Division 7A and debt forgiveness complexities.


This webinar is suitable for Victorian, NSW and Queensland lawyers and accountants advising on stamp duty and land tax. This webinar is for practitioners with some knowledge in this area and looking to improve their knowledge.
