Cath Devine has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law, with a particular interest and expertise in Child Support advice and advocacy.

Cath has appeared as junior counsel and on appeal on numerous occasions. Her prior work includes:

*Many applications to set aside Child Support Agreements.*Drafting complex Child Support Agreements; *Advising clients in relation to same-sex relationships and sperm donor arrangements; *Appearing for culturally diverse and linguistically diverse clients;*Sensitivity to difficult family and interpersonal situations.

Cath recently completed her Masters of Laws (Family Law) at the College of Law, and was awarded the Sandra Paull Memorial Prize as the student with the highest average mark in that course in 2015.
