Lindy Richardson, Partner, Maddocks, Melbourne

Lindy has over 20 years' experience advising clients on employment law. Her areas of focus include industrial relations, employment and anti-discrimination.

Lindy has significant experience in the enterprise bargaining process including drafting, negotiation and the interpretation of agreements, advising on good faith bargaining requirements and the approval and voting process. Lindy also represents clients on all employment-related litigation, including before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and VCAT.
