With over 16 years’ of experience focusing in corporate and commercial transactions, Jessica is highly regarded for her expertise in acting for business clients dealing with complicated commercial contracts. A commercially minded solicitor, Jessica has acted for a range of clients with their acquisitions and mergers, commercial contracts, real estate dealings and commercial and retail leasing.  Jessica has significant experience acting for business owners and land owners with their development prospects (including negotiations with developers, contracts with builders, land division and sales or management). Her clients extend across high-net-worth individuals, professional service firms, manufacturing companies, family-owned businesses, developers, builders and small to medium landlord entities. Jessica completed a Masters in commercial and corporations law at UNSW aswell as a Bachelor of science and law at UNSW and was a former past President of the UNSW Law Society.
